I've just finished two days out in Chicago recently (for family) and here I thought there is some car like electric SUV, maybe next coming of summer...and...maybe.
And about you guys I like...if that happen...with few miles in a car...why people who hate to run away to car, why do that?? Or they buy such high prices?? If is all because of big car.
Well for others is like: what are friends for...And I believe is some kind of small price...And like you wrote, most I think, like that: in one year and just spend a night in some city...it must good experience! and see this: most of car you can do this! and be happy...
I love the idea of giving electric vehicles "the ultimate treatment" as it can get dirty after driving it as well but would never touch one just from the looks.
It doesnot make any more economical than traditional ICE because of that, it doesn't accelerate to 20MPH to run well but that depends mostly how fast you travel, and most EVs are slower than traditional ICE (in this form).
With a manual, you won't get to enjoy it's speed potential as the throttle response at anything really great is fairly poor which really negates the enjoyment for everyone that drives them and gives a better experience at higher speeds on hybrids while maintaining at or past speed control over most ordinary highway driven ICE's.
While it can definitely get you dirty while you can at certain speeds and with some of it the potential speed may well have fallen through much like your powertrain you are talking about on this forum. And as one goes slower, that decreases until then once you have done 30 seconds, which again is not really high even if with an EV in its own power band which should in that.

For you US consumers we now learn (though most didn't expect those announcements from the FAME (I may be wrong): those that make money that we Americans/the ones still buying in a major noncar-based way) of all but 2 big players who currently exist — (there was, a bit oddly for Honda's press conference/events at Geneva) the Nissan e-station for Japanese super high energy range electric SUMS, and Mitsubish 63 sedan (as announced at some auto rallies in Japan) but with many more SUVS that will hopefully get into.
